Wrike Review

Wrike is one of the best software dedicated to project management: si presents itself as a work management solution shared between several people ( a team), is ben consolidated and is used by more than 17,000 companies, including giants such as Airbnb, TGI Fridays and SurveyMonkey or Kaspersky.

From the very first steps, one immediately realizes how much this software was designed and created with a clear, unequivocal goal: to improve the speed and efficiency of teamwork.

In 2018 he was the winner of FinancesOnline award for the best project management software for the year 2018, ahead of many illustrious “colleagues”, such as Team Work. The flexibility offered by Wrike is considerable: it allows you to planplan, prioritize, discuss and track your work and progress in real time , all within reach of a few simple clicks.

The main features of Wrike

Tags and folders

Wrike tags and folders play a fundamental role, as they allow you to view and sort all data by task, project or any other how you want to act. You can name your folders according to how you want to sort your data. Of course you can use tags and folders to share activities with other teams, or, why not, directly with customers.

The Task Tool

One of the most functional and valuable features offered by Wrike are the tasks that allow you to divide a project/work into many small steps to complete. All this simplifies the user’s work within the team, because everyone can have their own tasks assigned, specify whether that specific task is in progress or has been completed and many other possibilities.

You can also assign a timeline to be respected for each individual activity, in order to optimally manage project priorities. You can attach files to the activities, show images and tables and create links with other activities in progress.

This allows you to know the status of a project in each of its processing phases, which is very important especially if you have to manage very large projects and teams.

Reporting

Another very useful feature of Wrike is the one that allows you to analyze the work done: you can easily create reports to analyze and/or show to customers and other partners . In general, we found the reporting quite functional and useful, even if the depth of data could be improved.

Data integration and migration

The possibility of integration offered by the software is remarkable: integration with the best email marketing software and with the own email so that we can create, assign or edit documents directly from our favorite email account. Wrike also gives us the ability to connect to Google Drive to collaborate with other team members, attach and send files easily and from a single platform.

The offer is completed by software integration of the caliber of Dropbox, Zapier, MS Project, Salesforce and also social networks such as Facebook and LinkedIn. In short, everything you need to optimize your business workflow.

4.0 out of 5.0

Wrike is software with light and shadow.
I used it for more than 1 year, but in the end it had become unmanageable (my fault and perhaps my collaborators, who have opened tasks here and there).
I don’t know if it was our fault, but in any case the usability in my opinion needs to be improved a bit.
Great when used on smartphones, minus the desktop version.
Overall I’d give it a 3.5/4, no more.
    Excellent price.
