Brevo is an Email Marketing and SMS Marketing software with relatively low costs (compared to the competition), but it offers many interesting features combined with a fairly intuitive interface.
Among its functions the marketing automation (automations), transactional emails, SMS and the possibility of creating landing pages stand out.
The company, founded in 2012, has established itself strongly on the market with the its software, which now boasts over 50,000 users and 30 million emails and SMS sent per day!
One of the most interesting aspects of this tool is the variety of templates offered (more than 200) to quickly create campaigns and personalized content. The drag and drop system allows you to quickly insert elements such as headers, text boxes and logos within the pages, also evaluating the final result in real time.
All the rate plans offered by Brevo provide contact management features where you can search, categorize and create contact lists that automatically update based on your criteria chosen previously. The platform also allows you to send emails to your target by personalizing the message based on changes in customer consumption.
Although the software does not reach the depth offered by some competitors (see Active Campaign, Getresponse AndAweber, which, however, have decidedly higher prices), offers immediacy, simplicity and good solutions for a large number of users who do not need too advanced and articulated solutions, which require in-depth study to be exploited to the full maximum of their potential and often if you are not in the sector it takes a lot of effort.
The main function of Brevo, characterized by a commendable simplicity of use. With this software, creating beautiful and professional emails will truly be child’s play, thanks also to the drag and drop model adopted by the company. Just drag the elements to the place you want to create your own personalized and professional email.
Going more specifically and technically (but not too much since like everything in brevo it is made very intuitive and simple) there is the possibility of creating real automated funnels (so let’s talk about marketing automation). What is Automated Marketing? We explain it with a good example of the software we are reviewing.
PRACTICAL EXAMPLE.
we have a list of 1000 customers who have spent on our online shop.
We create an automation that sends an email on April 20th; once sent, based on who opened the email and hi no, we send a second email after 24 hours (perhaps with a different subject) to those who have not opened the previous one in order to maximize openings. We set up a command that sends a third email 4 days after customers have purchased on our shop coming from the email marketing channel, proposing a second related purchase or simply a request for a review. For users who received previous emails, opened them but did not purchase, we will set up a new email delivery with a 10% coupon code to encourage the purchase.
The one described above is just one of the many cases in which automated email marketing can be used: there are so many possibilities and brevo offers so many variables that you can make the most of it.
The possibility of doing SMS Marketing is truly a gem. A feature that not all competitors offer and which can be very useful in an effective marketing strategy context. Sending is also in this case very simple, with the writing of the text and the possibility of sending it on a specific date or to specific customers (a very practical example of use is that of using SMS as a reminder for appointments, thus avoiding “gaps” within the working day and therefore always have a profitable day; just think of the damage caused by an appointment forgotten by the customer at the dentist: hours of work lost without being able to make new appointments in time).
Brevo offers a free plan and 2 rate plans plus a “company” one, the cost of which must be agreed with the platform. All plans include unlimited contacts and it is expected ; billing on a monthly basis. If you send mails and SMS occasionally, you can choose the alternative of prepaid credits with no expiration date by mail and/or SMS. The cost varies according to the quantity of emails or SMS and as regards the latter, also according to the country of destination of the messages. For example, 5,000 emails cost €30, while 100 text messages to be sent in Italy will cost €4.34.

Which give him a higher qualification. I think it can be better, but I know everything is step by step. A thousand thanks!

6 April 2019 at 11:23SendinBlue is a great tool for sending time-scheduled emails, which is also available in Italian and covers most of the features one would expect from such a tool. Also, there is a free version that has quite a lot of active features and makes email marketing much easier. I used it, after having some problems with with another software and I was really surprised. Another good thing worth mentioning is the excellent customer support.
