Getresponse Review
GetResponse is a tool email-marketing with many functions, but it has the advantage of always being easy to use, thanks to a user-friendly interface and clear menus/options. Furthermore, it is among the few tools to be completely in Italian, which makes it among the best software in the sector in Italy.
The software offers many features such as A/B Test, contact management, sales funnel creation aimed at increasing audiences and conversions. The tool for creating landing pages and behavioral options to automate mailings is a must.
Italian Getresponse is not (yet) available, but the English required to understand the software is quite intuitive and I don’t require a particularly high level of knowledge of the English language.
Main features
The most striking feature is the automation that can be generated: GetResponse allows you to create advanced automated campaigns, based on triggers/conditions (for example, if the user has purchased in the last 30 days do not send emails, otherwise send emails with the discount code). Other software in this category (email marketing) offer automation, but most of them don’t have as developed depth and incredibly user-friendly interface as GetResponse.
This tool is particularly suitable for collecting leads and provides the user with all the functions to manage and categorize their contact list, in order to segment the target and send targeted offers linked to the customer’s interests .
It is possible to quickly and easily create personalized newsletters thanks to the drag and drop system, thus importing the various elements on the page without needing access to the code.

Among the most advanced features of Getreponse is the possibility of accessing tools capable of creating and carrying out the sales funnel almost automatically. Getresponse offers 4 plans to choose from, of which one is completely free as well as the possibility to choose the billing period (1 month, 12 months , 24 months) enjoying up to 30% discount on the cost of the plan.

PROS

8 June 2022 at 15:28We have been using Getresponse in the company for more than 1 year and we are very happy with it.
In the company we have followed all the webinars they make available to learn how to use it to the fullest and now we know how to exploit it to its full potential.
We mainly use it to create automated email marketing campaigns and for some time now we have also been taking advantage of the live chat function (for customer assistance), all very intuitive, both for us who manage the chat and for the users who use the service.
I personally believe that get response is the best email marketing software (and not only) out there, even better than sendinblue (the software we used before).
In the past I have also used activecampaign and perhaps they are 2 playing for the scepter of the best software.
Helpful ReviewThe prices (which personally don’t concern me, the company I work for pays) seem fair to me for the features offered.
Last but not least, we also had a great experience with their customer support.

It has tons of cool features and one cool tip: webinars *.*
Having at your disposal both software that allows you to work in the email-marketing and automation fields and in addition to exploiting the webinar platform is something that is priceless… indeed, it has it and it is very affordable, at least for the “cheaper” plans ” (however it’s scalable).
I don’t give full marks to usability only because a learning period is actually necessary to make the most of the service… some might find some initial difficulties. I advise you to follow some webinars and read some guides, there are several interesting and well-made resources online.

Above all, in recent years it has introduced many new features, so in addition to the basic functions such as newsletters, autoresponders and marketing automation, it has an excellent Langing Page and Webinar manager starting from the ESSENTIAL package.
