In this case we are dealing with a software that helps us to obtain (positive) Feedback from different platforms; thanks to the excellent integration in fact, it is possible to use this very useful software with the most used platforms related to sales and reviews in the world : It is the case of Amazon, Ebay or Trustpilot… to name a few!

It is possible to send feedback requests in an intelligent way, with the aim of always maintaining a good score. xSellco manages the reviews and separates those considered positive from those considered negative, in order to have the ability to respond quickly and resolve any situation that arises in front of us.

With this system, feedbacks and reviews can be genuinely converted into useful material to strengthen the company’s image. It is undeniable that, thanks to the help of this tool, < strong>exponentially increase sales, online authority and consequently the revenues obtained.

Requests for product feedback are very selective and only intercept satisfied customers at the time of purchase of the product they have selected; however, the one just described is not the only one review collection mechanism that xSellco Feedback makes available. How much does xSellco Feedback cost?

xSellco Feedback offers packages for users of small, medium and large companies. You can choose to pay monthly, with the option to cancel at any time, or take advantage of the 10% discount and opt for an annual subscription.

  • Basic Plan. Up to 5,000 Feedback requests per month, unlimited marketplaces, automated feedback requests, templates and snippets, seller and product reviews, negative feedback management, feedback report analysis, sales dashboard, email support . Subscription cost: €43 per month with monthly billing, €39 per month with annual billing.
  • Professional plan. Up to 25,000 Feedback requests per month, unlimited marketplaces, automated feedback requests, templates and snippets, seller and product reviews, negative feedback management, feedback report analysis, sales dashboard, email support and telephone assistance. Subscription cost: €99 per month with monthly billing, €89 per month with annual billing.
  • Premium plan. Up to 60,000 Feedback requests per month, unlimited marketplaces, automated feedback requests, templates and snippets, seller and product reviews, negative feedback management, feedback report analysis, sales dashboard, email support , telephone assistance and assistance directly in chat. Subscription cost: €199 per month with monthly billing, €179 per month with annual billing.

PROS

  • Ability to subscribe on a monthly basis, with the option to cancel when desired.
  • It has ready-to-use templates and snippets.
  • Ability to analyze reports.
  • Immediate and functional chat and telephone assistance…

CONS

  • … but not available in the basic plan (only support via email in this case).
  • Few additional features between one plan and another: excluding the amount of feedback requests per month, the price difference between one plan and another is not fully justified.

    Sincerely xsellco Feedback in my opinion is overrated.
    Functionality ok, assistance a little slow but ok, usability fair and price definitely too high.
    199 € per month for the premium version is too much for what it offers (just requests for more feedback).
