Freshsales is part of the Freshwork family and is a CRM software designed for small and medium-sized businesses, capable of managing the various aspects of sales and contact with customers and with particular attention to optimizing sales thanks to the pipeline system.

Freshsales is lightweight software and the different integrations and operations are all carried out and archived in the cloud. The main purpose of its system is to identify the origin of leads, a very useful feature for companies that have recently entered into business.

In addition to capturing leads, Freshsales divides and archives them according to different parameters and verifies their origin through different communication channels; in addition, users have at their disposal a complete suite for email marketing, for calls, but above all complete reports which distinguish this platform from others in the same category; in fact, this tool has excellent analysis features, it collects all the relevant sources and the metrics are organized in a precise and clean report, where different filters are inserted to summarize the data, so as to be able to organize the information in summaries, tables or graphs according to your needs.

Mail and Call Management

Freshsales allows you to take advantage of the main features of email marketing: view who has opened the emails, how many have clicked on the links, when and how many times; moreover, it is possible to customize the emails based on user behavior and save them as templates, so as to always have ready-made templates available. Follow-up emails can be sent in bulk to potential customers directly from the platform.

Thanks to the reports, it is possible to understand which types of emails have the most response from users, using data relating to clicks. The “answer waiting” function allows you to see the messages that still need to be answered, so you have everything under control and optimize times.

As for calls, there is no need to install additional software because Freshsales allows you to make calls directly from the platform at no additional cost, just click on the number phone number of the contact you want to call. All telephone conversations are recorded and can be archived with different labels (new contact, lead, customer, etc…). Freshsales also provides toll-free or local numbers for any country, which can then be assigned to sales employees in order to contact potential customers directly. Another interesting function is the possibility to customize the voice and welcome messages, by typing the text that the software will then convert into audio.

Contacts, Leads and Pipelines

Freshsales offers the possibility of having very detailed information about your contacts, such as the web pages they frequent, their social profiles and their interactions with the product offered , all organized in chronological order; moreover leads are classified on the basis of characteristics and behaviours, intercepting their interest in the company’s products/services. In this way it is possible to send communications to potential customers more inclined to purchase separating them from those who need further contact before buying.
With a simple and intuitive pipeline it is possible to view the sales negotiations in each phase and filter the negotiations according to their potential value, view the closed ones, those in progress, identify the bottlenecks and follow each negotiation step by step . In this way it is possible to quickly intercept any problems and solve them without wasting time; in addition, the drag and drop system allows you to move each deal to the appropriate pipeline stage.
