With Collect.chat it is also possible to switch from one plan to another without losing your data. If you decide to upgrade to a higher plan, you will be charged the difference between the old plan and the new one ; if instead you decide to switch to a lower plan, all data that does not fall within the limits of the chosen plan will be saved until the new switch.
